Engagement Techniques Consulting Projects

Health Thyme

A holistic practitioner wanted to track customer satisfaction and symptom improvement in her practice.

O.B. One Communications

A medium-sized telecommunication company sought to improve team interactions. Team members were interviewed individually and in groups to ascertain qualitative data. A group workshop was held to present the findings and provide interventions tailored to the team needs. Language was carefully chosen to be understandable.

Confidential

A non-profit organization serving troubled youths sought to understand the root of challenging behaviors in order to make programmatic changes. The pivot tables and slicers are used to modify the information presented and drill down or up as needed to understand what was happening in the organization.

Information presented here is redacted and changed.

Confidential

Another non-profit organization sought to ensure that they were in strict compliance with governing body standards. This tracking sheet was created to ensure that nothing was overlooked. As the tracking sheet is filled out, the numbers would turn red or green to help draw attention to problem areas. The main "Totals" page would reflect the averaged numbers indicating compliance and was also color-coded.

Thompson CFF Projects

Dashboard Design

Revamped total agency functioning dashboards.

Developed the data collection and feedback systems that would provide monthly numbers.

Dashboards were presented to leadership teams for strategizing program improvement and development.

Outcome Tracking

Created dashboards and data systems to collect employee and customer perception/experience data. Data collection was done in a way to be as minimally disruptive to program functioning as possible and for front line professionals to be able to use to make guided decisions. Data was often presented on the program level at leadership meetings, but was presented at the individual level for relevant teams.

Qualitative Program Success

When the research-based C.A.R.E. initiative from Cornell University was implemented across multiple programs, I interviewed mid-level leaders to understand how to bridge gaps and overcome barriers to successful implementation. The results were presented in a report for executive leadership.

I also contributed to reporting data back to Cornell for the multi-organizational initiative.

(C.A.R.E. was a sophisticated model of how to interact with clients in stressful situations.)

Incident Tracking

A tool was created to understand data patterns in order to make programmatic changes. The pivot tables and slicers are used to modify the information presented and drill down or up as needed to understand what was happening in the organization.

Information presented here has been changed to respect privacy.

New Hope Carolinas Projects

Tracking of Rights, Violations, and Communications Issues

There were often misunderstandings between what clients and employees sought to communicate, which could escalate to unwarranted situations in a high-stress environment. I created an entire feedback system to help leadership understand what was going on at a systematic and individual level. I presented findings monthly and as needed in-between monthly meetings.

With this system, managers could pull data on individual employees and clients to understand if they needed further skills training and coaching, accommodations, or disciplinary measures.

Please note that all numbers have been changed to respect confidential data.
